Simmer ginger, onion, tomato, siling panigang and guava in water.
Pour MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Original Sampaloc Mix and fish sauce. Add bangus and simmer for 5mins.
Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
