Nestle Recipe
  • 1 thumb-size ginger, sliced
  • ½ sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • ¼ kg firm tofu or tokwa, cut into 6slices
  • ½ kg fish fillet, cut into 6 pieces
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 pcs cabbage leaves, blanched
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ cup water
Step 1
Season fish with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Place on top of tofu slices and wrap with cabbage leaves. Steam for 10 – 12 minutes.
Step 2
Sauté garlic and ginger in oil. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and sesame oil. Season with pepper. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Step 3
Transfer steamed fish and tofu on a serving plate, pour sauce on top and serve.
