½ kg whole and boneless pork belly
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp black peppercorn, crushed
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 tbsp soy souce
Place pork belly in a pot just big enough to hold the meat and water. Add garlic and peppercorn and simmer until very tender. Drain and set aside to cool. Preheat turbo broiler at 375°F.
Season pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI® Soy. Place on a rack in the turbo broiler. Broil until skin is crisp and golden brown.
Remove from the turbo broiler and set aside. Cut into serving pieces and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
