If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Simmer pork in water until tender. Cut into serving pieces and reserve broth.
Fry tokwa in oil. Cut into serving pieces and set aside.
Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, chili and tausi. Add vinegar, MAGGI Soy, sugar and 1 cup of reserved broth.
Add pork and tokwa. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and stir in kinchay. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
