4 tbsp margarine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, cut into strips
4 pcs hotdog, sliced
¼ cup water
½ sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
8 pcs fresh medium eggs, beaten
Sauté garlic, onion and hotdog in margarine in a non stick pan.
Pour water and cook until water has evaporated. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pour eggs.
Gently stir and cook until barely set. Cover with a plate, flip and slide back to the pan to cook the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve warm.
