1 pouch corned beef
2 fresh medium eggs
½ sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 pc small onion, chopped
¼ cup vegetable oil for frying
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauté garlic, onion, corned beef in oil. Set aside.
Beat 1 egg, add 2 tbsp of meat mixture and place on top of the eggplant. Fry for 2 minutes per side.
Drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
