  • 1pc calamansi, sliced open
  • 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • 1 tbsp toasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1pc large red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans spicy canned tuna in oil, strain and reserve oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 kg tokwa, sliced 1/2-inch thick
Step 1
Fry tokwa in oil until light golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil. Cut into cubes.
Step 2
Heat reserved tuna oil and sauté garlic, tuna and tokwa. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a bowl.
Step 3
Add onion and mayonnaise. Serve into a hot sizzling plate. Top with toasted garlic, spring onion and calamansi.
