1/2 kg tokwa, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cans spicy canned tuna in oil, strain and reserve oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1pc large red onion, chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp toasted garlic
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
1pc calamansi, sliced open
Fry tokwa in oil until light golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil. Cut into cubes.
Heat reserved tuna oil and sauté garlic, tuna and tokwa. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a bowl.
Add onion and mayonnaise. Serve into a hot sizzling plate. Top with toasted garlic, spring onion and calamansi.
