Nestle Recipe
  • ½ kg fresh tuna fillet, diced
  • ½ sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy souce
  • 3 tbsps vegetable oil
Step 1
Sauté garlic in oil until light golden brown. Strain and reserve toasted garlic for garnish.
Step 2
Season tuna with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté in garlic oil for 1 minute. Add soy souce and cook for another minute.
Step 3
Transfer on a serving plate, garnish with toasted garlic and serve.
