If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine chicken, pork, vinegar, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, garlic, sugar, bay leaves, pepper and water. Simmer for 15mins.
Remove chicken and set aside to cool. Continue to simmer pork for another 30mins. Turn off heat and set aside.
Chop chicken and pork into small diced.
Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add chopped pork adobo and cook for 2mins.
Add chopped chicken, pour cooking liquid and continue to cook for 3mins.
Stir in finger chili, red onion and red chili.
Transfer on a serving plate, top with toasted garlic and calamansi. Serve immediately.
