Fish Ball Soup

Step1 of 3
In a bowl combine fish, egg, flour, ½ pack of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® , and sugar. Add pepper to taste. Scoop 1 tbsp of mixture and form into a ball. Fry and transfer on a plate.
Step2 of 3
In a separate pan, put 2 tbsp of oil. Saute garlic and onion then pour water and bring to boil. Transfer fried fish balls into the pan with boiling water.
Step3 of 3
Add carrots and continue simmering for another 3 minutes. Season soup with the remaining ½ pack of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Add petchay Baguio.
