Fish and Shrimp Sinigang

Step1 of 5
Heat oil in a pot and sauté shrimp heads. Crush heads to extract more of its flavor. Add garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes and finger chili. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Pour water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the shrimp heads.

Add radish, okra and sitaw with 2-minute intervals.

Pour MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix , fish sauce and sugar.

Stir in tanigue and kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
