Step1 of 3
Sauté garlic, ginger and onion in oil. Add mirin, sugar, water, MAGGI Soy and sesame oil. Simmer until slightly thick. Set aside.
Step2 of 3
Season fish with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and coat with oil. Grill for 2 minutes per side while brushing with the teriyaki sauce.
Step3 of 3
Transfer on a plate, pour sauce on top and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
