Season bangus with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, coat with flour and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 3
Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp in the pan. Sauté ginger, onion, tomato and yellow beans. Pour water and soy souce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step3 of 3
Transfer fried bangus on a serving plate, pour sauce on top and serve.
