Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
Whip egg whites until stiff peaks.
Whisk egg yolks with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Fold in whipped egg whites.
Melt butter in a nonstick pan and pour whipped egg. Spread evenly, cover and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Slide out of the pan on a plate and fold. Serve immediately.
