Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp and sauté ginger and spring onion. Add water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and sugar. Simmer and stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Toss in fried chicken wings in simmering sauce and cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate.
