Ginger and Spring Onion Chicken Wings

Step1 of 3
Season chicken with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, coat with flour and fry in oil. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 3
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp and sauté ginger and spring onion. Add water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and sugar. Simmer and stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Step3 of 3
Transfer chicken in a serving plate, pour sauce on top and serve.
