Grilled Gindara With Citrus Salsa

Season gindara with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, lemon zest, and olive oil. Set aside.
Step2 of 4
Combine pomelo, orange, and red onion in a bowl. Season with salt, lemon juice, chili, cilantro, sugar, and pepper. Add olive oil, mix, and set aside in the refrigerator.

Preheat a clean grill over medium high heat. Remove lemon zest and grill fish steaks for 2 minutes per side.

Transfer citrus salsa on a serving plate and place grilled fish on top. Serve immediately.
