Choose from the list of ingredients
Season tuna with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté in a pan with oil for 1min. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, finger chili, Palapang Sakurab and fish sauce in the same pan.
Add sautéed tuna and coconut milk. Simmer for 10mins. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.
Stir in chili leaves. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
