. Grill pork belly over medium heat until golden brown and skin is crispy.. Cut into bite-size pieces and transfer on a mixing bowl.
Add garlic, ginger, onion, scallion, finger chili, red chili and sukang Iloko. Mix well, transfer on a serving plate and serve.
