Choose from the list of ingredients
Marinate flesh side of pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano and olive oil. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove pork from the refrigerator 1hr before cooking. Tie into a roll using a butcher’s twine. Rub the pork skin with salt.
Place pork in a roasting pan with rack. Roast in a 350˚F preheated oven for 1hr 30mins or until golden brown and skin in crispy.
Remove from the oven and set aside to rest. Remove butcher’s twine and cut into serving pieces. Transfer on a serving plate, drizzle pan drippings and serve with lemon.
