Lechon Pork Belly

Step1 of 3
Score the meat of the pork belly. Marinate with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, fish sauce, pepper, garlic, lemongrass, scallion and buko juice overnight in the refrigerator.

Place aromatics in the center of the pork and tie into a roll using a butcher’s twine.
Step3 of 3
Place in a roasting pan with rack. Roast in a preheated 350˚F oven for 1 hour. Brush with vegetable oil and continue to roast for another hour. Remove from the oven and set aside for 30 minutes. Cut pork into serving pieces. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred sauce.
