    Simmer pork in water while covered for 30mins. Strain and reserve pork broth.

    3 Min
    Combine annatto seed and oil in a pan. Gently heat for 2mins. Strain and discard annatto seeds.

    Stir in noodles and cook for 3mins. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.

    Transfer into serving bowls, top with egg and serve.
