Boil MAGGI® Kari noodles in 1 ½ cups of water. Drain noodles and set aside to cool.

Prepare dressing by mixing MAGGI® Kari seasoning powder with 2 tbsp of water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, sugar, oil, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Set aside.

Combine noodles, cucumber, carrot, lettuce and scallion in a large mixing bowl. Pour dressing and toss to coat. Transfer into a chilled serving plate and serve.
