    Combine flour, MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Pour water and beaten egg. Mix well to create a smooth batter. Mix in the grated papaya and togue.

    Carefully drop 2 large spoonful of the mixture in preheated oil and fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil.

    Mix vinegar, garlic, onion, sugar and soy sauce. Serve Okoy with spiced vinegar.
