Oriental Pork Estofado

Step1 of 3
Sauté saging na saba and carrot in 2 tbsp of oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 3
Sauté garlic and pork in remaining oil. Pour vinegar, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and water. Add peppercorn and bay leaf. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Skim off the fat.
Step3 of 3
Add saging na saba and carrot. Simmer uncovered for another 5 minutes. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
