If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté saging na saba and carrot in 2 tbsp of oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan. Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and add to the pan. Cook for 5mins
Add vinegar, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and bay leaf. Stir and cook for another 3mins.
Pour water, cover and simmer for 45mins. Add water as needed.
Stir in sautéed carrot and saging na saba. Cook for 3mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
