Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Heat oil in a sauce pan just bigenough for the size of the pork. Sauté pork until golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger, Chinese cooking wine, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, sugar, fivespice powder and pepper. Pour just enough water to cover pork. Simmerfor 45 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.

Cut pork into ¼ -inch thick slices. Pour sauce and serve with bokchoy.
