Choose from the list of ingredients
Fry tofu in preheated oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Add garlic, onion and ginger in the same pan. Pour MAGGI®
Oyster Sauce and water. Bring to simmer.
Cut fried tofu into cubes. Add to simmering sauce. Stir in kangkong and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer
on a serving plate and serve.
