Oystar Kangkong with Tofu

Step1 of 4
Fry tofu in preheated oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside. (10mins)
Step2 of 4
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Add garlic, onion and ginger in the same pan. Pour MAGGI Oyster Sauce and water. Bring to simmer. (2mins)
Step3 of 4
Cut fried tofu into cubes. Add to simmering sauce. Stir in kangkong and cook for 2 minutes. (5mins)
Step4 of 4
Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (1min)
