Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Sauté garlic, ginger, siling labuyo, tausi and star anise in the same pan. Pour water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil. Add sautéed pork ribs, cover and simmer for 30mins.

Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken sauce. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with bokchoy.
