  • Step1

    10 Min
    Using a measuring spoon, scoop out 1 tbsp of the tofu to hollow out each tofu cube. Mash the scooped out tofu and mix with ground pork, 2 tbsp of MAGGI Oyster Sauce, pepper and five spice powder.
  • Step2

    15 Min
    Form ground pork mixture and stuff inside the tofu. Coat lightly with flour. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown and set aside.

    10 Min
    Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, ginger and onion in the same pan. Pour water and sesame oil. Add 2 tbsp of MAGGI Oyster Sauce. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
  • Step4

    5 Min
    Add fried stuffed tofu and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve.
