Step1 of 3
Sauté saging na saba in 2 tbsp of oil. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 3
Sauté pork and garlic in remaining oil. Add vinegar, MAGGI Soy, sugar, bay leaf, peppercorn and banana blossom . Pour water to barely cover pork. Simmer until tender.
Step3 of 3
Add saba and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC Pork. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
