Sauté grated coconut in a dry pan over low heat until fragrant and light golden brown.
Add turmeric, ginger, chili and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté for another 10mins.
Set aside to cool completely. Transfer into a clean jar and refrigerate for later use.
