Sauté garlic, onion, pork, liver and shrimp in oil. Pour water and season with Maggi® Magic Pork and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.

Stir in noodle and cook until almost dry. Add carrot, sayote and pechay.

Transfer into serving plate lined with banana leaves and serve with spiced vinegar or calamansi.
