Pinakbet with Lechon

Step1 of 4
Sauté lechon in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 4
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, and bagoong in the same pan. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step3 of 4
Add kalabasa, okra, and sitaw in 2-minute intervals. Add ampalaya, eggplant, and lechon and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step4 of 4
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
