Pinaksiw na Bangus sa Sampalok

Season bangus with ½ pack MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG Original Sampaloc Mix.
Step2 of 3
Sauté garlic , ginger, finger chili and peppercorn in oil. Add bangus and cook for 2 minutes per side.
Step3 of 3
Dissolve remaining ½ pack MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG Original Sampaloc Mix in water. Pour on the pan and add ampalaya and eggplant. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer on a serving bowl and serve.
