Pork Chops with Pepper and Onion Relish

Step1 of 3
Marinate pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and olive oil for 15 minutes.
Step2 of 3
Sauté peppers and onion in olive oil until caramelized. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, and sugar. Turn off heat and stir in balsamic vinegar and basil.
Step3 of 3
Pan sear pork chops in a sauté pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes. Slice, transfer on a serving platter with the pepper and onion relish.
