  • Step1

    5 Min
    Sauté potato and carrot in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Step2

    10 Min
    Add pork in the same pan and sauté until light golden brown. Add garlic, onion and tomato. Cook for 5mins.
  • Step3

    50 Min
    Add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, water and bay leaf. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Cover and simmer for 45mins.
  • Step4

    15 Min
    Add sautéed potato, carrot and bell peppers. Simmer for another 10mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
