Sauté onion and mushroom in the same pan. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and soy sauce.

Add pork and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour Nestlé All Purpose Cream. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with parsley and toasted garlic and serve.
