Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic, ginger and onion until fragrant. Add pork and cook until pork turns white in color.

Pour in water and bring to boil. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Add sayote and cook until vegetable is fork tender about 5 minutes.

Add malunggay and remove from heat.
