If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté shrimp, chicken, dulong and salted eggs in oil. Push ingredients on the side and pour beaten eggs. Stir and cook until just set.
Add rice and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, sugar, pepper and MAGGI Soy. Pour 2 tbsp of water on the side and gently fluff until steaming hot.
Stir in spring onion and lettuce. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
