Choose from the list of ingredients
Simmer potato in water until very tender. Drain and set aside.
Mash potato and mix in tuna, cheese, 1pc egg, spring onion and MAGGI® Savor Calamansi. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Form each portion into a 1 ½-inch balls. Set aside in the freezer.
Prepare flour, 2 pcs beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in 3 separate containers.
Coat croquettes with flour. Dip in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside in the freezer for another 15mins.
Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Serve warm with lemon.
