    Marinate squid in MAGGI® Savor Calamansi and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® for 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, mix NESTLE® All Purpose Cream with garlic, spring onion, MAGGI® Savor Calamansi and pepper. Set aside as dipping sauce.

    Combine flour and cornstarch. Coat squid well with the flour mixture. Fry in preheated oil over high heat for 1 minute. Strain and transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Repeat process in batches.

    Transfer freshly cooked squid on a serving plate and serve with Garlic Cream Dip.
