Meanwhile, mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with garlic, spring onion, MAGGI Savor Calamansi and pepper. Set aside as dipping sauce. (2mins)

Combine flour and cornstarch. Coat squid well with the flour mixture. Fry in preheated oil over high heat for 1 minute. Strain and transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. (5mins)
