    Sauté onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili and curry in vegetable oil.

    10 Min
    Add tomato and cook for 10mins. Pour water and season with ¾ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and sugar.

    Make 4 wells in the sauce and carefully crack the egg nestled in the sauce. Season eggs with remaining ¼ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Cover and cook over low heat for 2mins.

    Top with chopped cilantro and serve in the same pan.
