Steamed Fish and Tofu

Step1 of 3
Season fish with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Place on top of tofu slices and wrap with cabbage leaves. Steam for 10 – 12 minutes.
Step2 of 3
Sauté garlic and ginger in oil. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and sesame oil. Season with pepper. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Step3 of 3
Transfer steamed fish and tofu on a serving plate, pour sauce on top and serve.
