Steamed Tilapia in Banana Leaf

Season tilapia with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and 1 tbsp of MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Step2 of 4
Combine 2 tbsp of MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, onion, tomato, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and stuff the tilapia with the tomato mixture.
Step3 of 4
Brush banana leaf with vegetable oil and place tilapia on top. Wrap with banana leaf and seal tightly with aluminum foil.
Step4 of 4
Grill for 10 minutes per side. Remove from aluminum foil, transfer on a serving plate and serve with calamansi.
