Combine pork, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar, MAGGI Supreme Sarap and water in a pot. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain pork and set aside.

Sauté pork in 1 tbsp of oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Strain pork and shred. Sauté in 1 tbsp of oil until crispy.

Sauté rice in remaining 1 tbsp of oil. Pour cooking liquid from adobo and toss well. Transfer on a serving plate and top with Adobo flakes. Top with toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve immediately.
