    35 Min
    Combine pork, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and water in a pot. Cover and simmer for 30mins. Strain pork and set aside.
  • Step2

    10 Min
    Sauté pork in 1tbsp of oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

    10 Min
    Strain pork and shred. Sauté in 1 tbsp of oil until crispy.
  • Step4

    10 Min
    Sauté rice in remaining 1tbsp of oil. Pour cooking liquid from adobo and toss well. Transfer on a serving plate and top with Adobo flakes. Top with toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve immediately.
