Supreme Crispy Pork Adobo

Step1 of 4
Combine pork, MAGGI Supreme Sarap, vinegar, water, pepper and bay leaves in a pot. Gently simmer uncovered for 45 minutes or until almost dry. Set aside to cool completely.
Step2 of 4
Sauté garlic and chili in oil until light golden brown. Strain and set aside for topping.
Step3 of 4
Fry pork in the same oil until crispy and golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Step4 of 4
Transfer Crispy Pork on a serving plate. Top with toasted garlic and chilies and serve with tomatoes. (2mins)
