If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Season tuna with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté tuna in 1tbsp of oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Pour remaining 2tbsp oil in the same pan. Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, bell peppers, siling labuyo and liver spread in the same pan.
Add bay leaf, water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Add sautéed tuna and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Stir in NESTLE® All Purpose Cream and half of cheese. Transfer on a serving plate, top with remaining cheese and serve.
