Sweet and Sour Bola-Bola

Step1 of 3
Combine ground pork, onion, carrot and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Mix, form into meat balls and fry. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 3
Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion, carrot and bell peppers. Pour vinegar, water, sugar and catsup and simmer. Season with 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Step3 of 3
Stir in cornstarch and water mixture. Add fried meatballs and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
