Sweet and Sour Maya-Maya

Step1 of 3
Season snapper with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, coat with flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil and transfer on a plate.
Step2 of 3
Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté onion, scallion, bell peppers and garlic. Add vinegar, sugar , catsup and water. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.

Pour on top of fried snapper and serve immediately.
