Tokwa’t Baboy sa Tausi

Step1 of 4
Simmer pork in water until tender. Cut into serving pieces and reserve broth.
Step2 of 4
Fry tokwa in oil. Cut into serving pieces and set aside.
Step3 of 4
Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, chili and tausi. Add vinegar, MAGGI Soy, sugar and 1 cup of reserved broth.
Step4 of 4
Add pork and tokwa. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC Pork and stir in kinchay. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
