Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté garlic, onion, corned beef in oil. Set aside.
Beat 2pcs egg , add half of meat mixture, season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and place on top of the eggplant. Fry for 2mins per side. Remove from the pan and repeat with the second eggplant.
Drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
