Tuna and Tokwa Sisig

Step1 of 3
Fry tokwa in oil until light golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil. Cut into cubes.
Step2 of 3
Heat reserved tuna oil and sauté garlic, tuna and tokwa. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a bowl.
Step3 of 3
Add onion and mayonnaise. Serve into a hot sizzling plate. Top with toasted garlic, spring onion and calamansi. Drizzle MAGGI Savor Calamansi according to taste just before serving.
